Rapid Transformational Therapy

Rapid Transformational Therapy is an therapeutic approach designed to help people change specific problems quickly by working directly with the subconscious mind.

In a session, you’re guided into a deeply relaxed, focused state (similar to hypnosis). In that state, the practitioner helps you:

  • Identify the root cause of an issue (often from past experiences)

  • Understand why it started

  • Replace old, limiting beliefs with more helpful ones It’s often used for things like anxiety, habits, fears, or confidence issues.

The goal is faster results than traditional therapy by working directly with the subconscious mind by finding the root cause of limiting beliefs and repeating patterns.

How it works ?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a modern, results-focused approach designed to help you create meaningful, lasting change in your life.

It combines elements of Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and insights from Neuroplasticity to explore the deeper patterns shaping your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

Rather than focusing only on symptoms, RTT helps to uncover and bring understanding to the underlying beliefs that may be holding you back.


Before the session:


During the session:
You’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed, focused state. In this state, your mind becomes more open to insight, allowing you to explore patterns and beliefs that may be subconsciously influencing your life.

Together, we identify where these patterns have been formed and begin to reframe them into more supportive, empowering beliefs.

After the session:
You’ll receive a personalized audio recording to listen to daily, helping you reinforce all the new, supportive beliefs so they start to feel natural and become part of your everyday thinking and how you show up.

The result:
This process can bring understanding, shift your perspective, and remove old emotional patterns. It can help you to move forward in your life with greater confidence and inner freedom.
